			At every level of the organisation Plastic Engineering (Leamington) Ltd. recognises that we are an extension of our customers' business and therefore we should take time to ensure we understand their needs and use our skills and expertise to meet the demands of the market place. By using an integrated financial and manufacturing planning system we are able to react rapidly to changing customer requirements by offering advice and guidance at all stages of a project, from initial concept to final production. Our technical service support includes material guidance, melt flow analysis, aid in design using AutoCad 2000/mechanical desktop V4.0 systems, tooling recommendations and procurement, tooling by CAD/CAM facility. We can also assist and advise on the use of full APQP and PPAP procedures, the application of RFQ and QAF analysis techniques and offer full support to first tier suppliers. By working in partnership with our customers right through a project we can help minimise the unit cost at all stages. Such partnerships also allow relationships to develop that lead to evaluation of new ideas which may further improve the cost effectiveness or supply of components.
