Plastic Engineering (Leamington) Ltd. we have 76 injection-moulding
machines on site, ranging in locking force from 20 tonnes to 330 tones.
The machines are in operation 24 hours a day, five days a week.
The equipment can produce items ranging from one gramme to 1,100 grammes in weight from materials selected from a comprehensive variety of engineering thermoplastics. We can carry out twin shot moulding operations and have nine tie-barless machines. Our assembly and post-moulding facilities use Poka Yoke techniques and have pad and hot foil printing capabilities. |
